The customer will be responsible for any import taxes. You will not be eligible for a refund if you refuse to pay your customs taxes.

No refunds will be given if your order does not arrive before a planned holiday or event. We clearly state that the processing and shipping times are only estimates on our site. It is the customers responsibility to plan accordingly.

We maintain a strict no refund/return/exchange policy for errors with choosing the correct size. Please utilize our size guides and feel free to email us if you require assistance with sizing. However you are more than welcome to pay shipping fees to return the product back to us.

- Refunds are not allowed unless there is an item defect. We will send you a replacement first and if there is still an issue we can process a refund.

- To file the claim please contact us and mention your order number, including an explanation of the issue.



Defect claims must be filed within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Any claims made outside of this time frame will not be accepted, with no exception.



The customer will be responsible for any shipping back costs and providing their own shipping label for returns.



We are not responsible if your package gets stolen from your mailbox or if the shipping company delivers your package to the wrong address. The customer will be responsible for contacting the shipping company for assistance. If you choose to have your package shipped to an address other than a property you own then we will not be held liable for anything that happens to your package after the shipping company delivers your package. By having your package shipped to a property you do not own you are agreeing that we will not be held liable in the event something happens to your package. It will be the customers responsibility to sort any issues with the package out with the property owner.



In the event that the customer fails to accept delivery of their package and the shipping company returns your package to the sender, we will resend your package once we receive it back to our warehouse. No refunds will be given in this situation.
